| CERMATEX : The testing subsidiary of CRITT MPC is going to join the ARSENIA Group |

CRITT MPC is already involved as a member in the group and is going to become a shareholder of ARSENIA through CERMATEX, its testing subsidiary. CERMATEX is actually a commercial entity which helps the CRITT MPC to develop its customer’s relationship management: the aim is the promotion and marketing of its tests on composite, polymer and metal materials. It is a 100% subsidiary of CRITT MPC and it is located within CRITT MPC premises. Thus, CERMATEX’s industrial customers take benefit from the whole quality system of the CRITT MPC, being a laboratory COFRAC accredited and qualified by AIRBUS, SAFRAN and NAPCAP.
